My name is Joyce Chance. (I am the one in the middle.) I began my Notarial services in 1990 working in medical billing. After that I prepared automoble tiitles for tax & registration.  Just before the birth of this company I worked at several different small newspapers where I notarized for the public and was their graphic artist. I live in East Texas with my husband of 32 years, Allen. Mondo (the dog on the front page) is our dog. 

 

Cori Chance on the right. Our daughter and inspiration for this company.  She works closely with real estate title insurance companies. She has experience in loan closings. Cori is also a great artist and cook. She makes cakes and plans for different events and parties. www.cake-a-saurus.com
